Quite often daily cleaners are left to their own devices and do not have any additional training, reviews or supervision. We believe it is important that to ensure standards are met consistently and to achieve this we produce a daily/weekly/monthly specification for our cleaners which they use. This spec can also be used by our supervisors when they visit and by you the customer.
We devise the specification in conjunction with the customer to ensure that their standards and requirements are met at all times. Every 4 to 6 months we like to have a review meeting with our customers to review the spec and see if there is anything else that can be included.
