First tip is to rub ice on the gum to freeze it and scrape off as much as you can with a blunt knife.

If this doesn’t work heat the gum with a hairdryer and peel off the melted gum using a plastic band over your hand.

Once the gum has been lifted wash the spot with mild detergent and water.

How To Remove Chocolate

From carpets scrape off as much chocolate as you can with a blunt knife and then shampoo the carpet.

From fabric scrape off as much as you can with a blunt knife and soak in a washing soda solution. Wash as normal on a setting as hot as the fabric will take.
